The main functions of internal control and monitoring department

On the basis of monitoring the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", decrees of the President, orders of the rector of the university, as well as the implementation of the "National Program for Personnel Training" development of the labor market, control over the activity of departments and faculties, taking into account the socio-economic conditions of the university and development of proposals and recommendations on their improvement.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFF

Head of Department is responsible to:

- Plan the activities of the department and ensure its implementation within the tasks assigned to the department;

- coordinate the work of the department staff, provides a flexible environment and discipline in the department;

- be responsible for submitting the required information and reports to higher organizations in the prescribed form and time;

- Prepare and present recommendations to the management on material and moral encouragement of employees actively participating in university and departmental events.

Methodist:

- a person with higher education is appointed to this position and is subordinated to the Head of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department;

- The methodist carries out his activity in accordance with the orders of the Rector of the university, the requirements of the Vice rector of educational affairs and the instructions of the Chairman of the department;

- The methodist regularly performs the analysis of the implementation of the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, and the decisions of the Board;

- prepares the relevant reports on the implementation of the above decrees, decisions and orders at the university and ensures their submission to the Ministry in the prescribed manner and time.
